Water Channel on Jl. Lingkar Luar Barat Kembangan Being Dredged

West Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency dredged water channel with length of 1,000 meters on the northern side of Jl. Lingkar Luar Barat, Kembangan. Channel dredging was conducted to anticipate inundation to occur on the Traffic Light of Kembangan Ring Road.

We need to dredge the mud to prevent inundation on Trafic Light of Kembangan Ring Road

Kembangan Sub-district SDA Unit Head, Mulyadi stated, this channel full of mud thus hampering water flow into Angke River. This condition often causes inundation on the Traffic Light of Kembangan Ring Road and its surrounding areas.

"We need to dredge the mud to prevent inundation on Traffic Light of Kembangan Ring Road," he said, Thursday (7/9).

Apuran River Dredging is Targeted to Finish in Mid of July

This dredging conducted from early June 2020 and the process has reached 80 percent with target to finish by the end of July.

"We deploy 16 personnel to dredge the mud. Recently water can flow to Angke River but still not optimal," he conveyed.
